How does the platform work?

Scope your project by building a WBS, schedule tasks based on your WBS, and use your schedule to generate your cost baseline. Once baselines are set, you can plan- and mange your Risks, Quality, Stakeholder and Communicaitons before setting up your procurment tracking. When your project is finished, use the close-out module to collate your project data, issue, and archive.

What about my projects on other scheduling software?

You can import your xml, all task information, durations, predecessors, and resource allocations stay intact so you can pick up, where you left off.
